Every box is built around what actually keeps dogs happy: new toys to keep them engaged, treats and chews that support their health, and little comforts (like a cosy blanket or grooming brush) that make everyday moments better. Thanks to our personalisation quiz, nothing in the box is guesswork — it's matched to your dog's size, age, breed, and any allergies from the start.

Subscription & Refund Policy

At GoodBoyBox, we want you and your dog to feel completely confident in your subscription. Here's exactly how cancellations, billing, and product issues work.

Cancelling or Pausing Your Subscription

Monthly plan: Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. No penalties, no questions asked.

Quarterly plan: Your 3-month term is paid upfront to lock in your 10% saving. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, but the current 3-month period is non-refundable once your first box has shipped.

Yearly plan: Your 12-month term is paid upfront to lock in your 15% saving. You can cancel at any time to stop renewal into a second year. If you cancel partway through your annual term, we'll refund the unused months on a pro-rata basis, minus the value of any boxes already shipped at the full monthly rate.

To cancel or pause a subscription, just email us at Goodboybox@gmail.com and we'll sort it within 1-2 business days.

Damaged, Missing, or Unsuitable Items

Because your box contains treats, chews, and other consumable items, we can't accept returns of opened or used products — but we still want to make things right if something isn't as it should be:

  • Damaged or missing items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or add a credit to your next box — your choice.
  • Allergic reaction or unsuitability: If your dog has a reaction to an item, let us know within 7 days. We'll flag it on your profile so it never appears in a future box, and offer a replacement item or credit for the affected product.
  • Wrong item / sizing issue: If a toy or item doesn't suit your dog's size or breed despite our quiz, tell us within 7 days and we'll swap it for something better suited, free of charge.

We don't offer refunds on used or opened treats and chews once delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons — but we will always make it right through a replacement or credit.
