The spark: A dog's unwavering support
The idea for GoodBoyBox came from a simple frustration: most dog subscription boxes are just a toy and a bag of treats, thrown together with no real thought behind them. My own dog has been there for every hard day and every good one — he deserves more than a generic box picked off a shelf.
So I set out to build something different: a box that actually considers the dog behind it — their size, their age, what they need to stay healthy, not just what looks good in a photo. Toys that survive more than one play session. Treats and chews that support joints, teeth, and digestion, not just taste. A box built around your dog, not a template.

The person behind the box
GoodBoyBox is run by me — a dog owner in the UK who got tired of subscription boxes that treated every dog the same. I wanted something that actually made a difference: strong joints for longer walks, good dental health, calming treats for fireworks nights, toys that last longer than ten minutes.
That's what GoodBoyBox is built on — every box tailored to your dog's breed, size, age, and allergies, so nothing in it is guesswork. If it makes even one dog's month a little better, it's worth doing properly.
